Manual bending (suitable for thin plates ≤ 5mm): Heat evenly along the bending line with a hot air gun/hair dryer, wait for the plate to become soft (slightly transparent), quickly fold to the desired angle, fix with a hard object, and cool for 5-10 minutes to set;
Professional bending (suitable for thick plates/batch processing): using an acrylic bending machine, heating at a constant temperature along the bending line, accurately controlling the angle, shaping after cooling, and making the edges smoother;
⚠️ Heating precautions: Avoid local overheating that may cause the board to bubble or turn yellow. The bending radius should be ≥ twice the thickness of the board to prevent breakage.
