Light guide sheet
Product Description
A light guide sheets is made of optical-grade acrylic. High-tech materials with extremely high refractive index and non-light-absorbing properties are used to imprint light guide dots on the bottom surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet via laser engraving, V-shaped cross grid engraving, or UV screen printing technology.
The optical-grade acrylic sheet absorbs light emitted from the lamp and retains it on the surface. When light hits the light guide dots, the reflected light diffuses in all directions, then breaks the reflection conditions and emits from the front surface of the light guide plate. Through light guide dots of varying density and size, the light guide plate achieves uniform illumination.
A reflector sheet is used to reflect light exposed from the bottom back into the light guide plate, improving light utilization efficiency. It delivers high luminous efficiency and low power consumption under the same luminous brightness per unit area. Single-sided microstructured array light guide plates are generally manufactured through extrusion molding.
Application Scenarios: Airports, subways, high-speed railways.
